Lavender, Rose & Flowers

Lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties and has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance sleep. 

Roses are used in smudging for their symbolic association with love, emotional healing, and their natural aromatic and antibacterial properties. Combined with the flowers it brings a light and loving feel to any space.

These sticks can either be hung in your home or on your altar to release its scent or can be used like a traditional smudge stick by safely burning it and leaving it in a heat safe tray.
